Inconel 625 is a nickel-base alloy used both for its high strength and outstanding aqueous corrosion resistance. The strength of alloy 625 is primarily a solid solution effect from molybdenum and columbium. Alloy 625 has excellent weldability and is frequently used to weld AL-6XN® alloy. Matching filler metals are also used to join dissimilar metals.

Instructions for 1/4”Hydraulic control line
1/4”Hydraulic control line, mainly used for the control of downhole ety valve and gas release valve of cable packer in oil and gas wells. The 1/4 “hydraulic control tubeline is connected to the downhole ety valve and gas valve, and the on-off pressure of the oil and gas well downhole ety valve and the gas release valve through the cable packer are controlled by ground pressure. After the set pressure is reached, the oil and gas well is downhole. The ety valve and the gas release valve passing through the cable packer are opened at the same time. At this time, the oil and gas well can be normally produced, and the gas separated by the electric submersible pump can also be discharged from the annulus through the gas release valve. Then, the pressure of the control tubeline is released, so that the downhole ety valve of the oil and gas well and the gas release valve passing through the cable packer are closed at the same time, and the oil and gas well oil tubes and annulus circulation channels are all blocked, so that the ety of the oil well can be ensured. Of course, the 1/4” hydraulic control line can also be used alone for the control of downhole ety valves.
It can also be used for pressure control of surface ety valves and other surface valves, and various connection tubelines of large-scale equipment instrumentation control systems for oil and gas field drilling and oil production.
